Challenge Yourself to Breathe Consciously

Invisible Women

Divorce is a major stress in life….right up there with death and moving houses. You don't have to stress. With Sharron Phillips as your coach you will have the tools and support you need to regain your identity and bring back the clarity.

After a first or second divorce, your personal life is upside down, uncomfortable, under construction!

The transition from marriage to divorce can be a wild ride. Now that you have an ‘ex’ in your life for the first or second time, and the dust is settling, why not get some help to create your new life? Many women find this transition time a great opportunity to get some professional help to discover patterns or unseen needs.

So, here you are. You’ve navigated the mess and agony of the divorce process. Bottom line, you are single again. Lawyers, time, energy, time, money, time…an excrutiating period of your life is coming to an end but you’re not feeling all better.

You are a successful professional – how did this happen? You’re confident, educated, smart, scared, apprehensive, curious, filled with new questions, doubtful that you’ll find or even want another relationship. Did you buy into a fairytale model of love and marriage? Where are the knights and decent men? Picking up the pieces you feel empty, disappointed, frustrated, disgruntled, vengeful, exhausted.

There's HOPE

The flip side is you may feel relieved – excited to be free of the relationship – there’s a breath of fresh air….and maybe new doubts, challenges, and concerns.

  • How do I find new friends?
  • Who will help me make big decisions?
  • Will I stop feeling angry?
  • Do I really want to go on vacation on my own?
  • What happened to my life?
  • Where do I fit in without a spouse?
  • How do we raise children together, and apart?

Now's the time to start thinking:

  • What about really getting your new status incorporated fully?
  • What about really getting your new life on track with a plan?
  • What about really getting started with a new vision?
  • What about feeling more authentically empowered than ever before?
  • What about using this divorce experience to catapault you to an even more fascinating and fulfilling life than you had ever imagined possible?

Some of us have more than one ‘ex’…..

  • I can’t believe I’m in the same boat again.
  • You’d think I’d learn.
  • What was I thinking
  • You’ll never catch me getting married again!

Are you tired of the story you tell about your divorce yet? Have you gotten to the short version because it’s losing the satisfaction it used to give in the long form?
